To join LVMYSC for Christmas 2010 and Spring 2011 all participants MUST complete the following:
1. A LETTER OF INTENT must be filled out and emailed to lvmysc@gmail.com. You may need to copy and paste this information.
2. A MEMBERSHIP FEE must be paid online by October 23, 2010 for participation in the Christmas season.
We understand that circumstances exist beyond a person’s control that creates hardships for individuals and families. Your participation with LVMYSC is valued, and if paying all or part of the dues creates a financial hardship, you are encouraged to provide a MEMBERSHIP FEE WAIVER REQUEST to the LVMYSC Financial Board for review. No music folders will be given out until the membership fee has been paid or waiver has been approved.
*Please note that there will be a new registration and membership fee for the spring season.
3. Symphony participants must audition if they have not participated with LVMYSC in previous seasons. Auditions will be held on October 16, 2010 at the LDS Church on 2245 Lindell Rd. AUDITION INFORMATION
4. Choir participants DO NOT need to audition. Please complete the other items and come sing!
5. All participants must attend the Director’s Welcome Fireside on October 24, 2010. This is where you will meet the directors, receive your music, and obtain other important information. If you are unable to attend, please send an email to lvmysc@gmail.com.
