Welcome to the Las Vegas Mormon Youth Symphony & Chorus!

The mission of the Las Vegas Mormon Youth Symphony & Chorus is to allow young, LDS musicians the opportunity to feel the spirit and build testimonies by serving others through music.

What's New?

Las Vegas Mormon Youth Symphony and Chorus will be continuing this fall (2009) its 6th season with the orchestra, directed by Jeremy Woolstenhulme, and choir, directed by Bob Orgill.

We will be performing a Christmas Fireside on Sunday, December 20, 2009, (location TBA) and later, David Skouson will direct the orchestra and Jeffery Skouson will direct the choir for a fireside in the spring.

A new condensed rehearsal schedule will be implemented with only 4 rehearsals before each performance. Details will be announced in July as well as letters sent to former members inviting them to participate. New members will also be welcome.

How do I audition for LVMYSC?

For the 2009-10 Season, youth 14 and older will not be required to audition for the choir. If you would like to audition for the orchestra, please contact Jenny Jackson.
